Baffled sump to suit Lancia Delta Integrale 16v engine. Performance upgrade from standard, improves oil pick when cornering hard. The baffled sump ensures oil is in the right place when hard driving/cornering. Allowing oil to move freely when needed and trapping the oil in the correct places when required.

The windage tray fits just below the crankshaft; its purpose is to prevent sump oil from coming up into contact with the crankshaft resulting in a loss of horsepower. The small tongues sheer the oil from the big end bearings and returns the oil to the sump.

These turbo's are manufactured from ALL new 2010 specification exhaust & compressor designs. They also include new competition actuator capsuels. They are a direct replacement for the original unit. That means the exhaust manifold flange is original and therefore no bespoke manifold required. The original exhaust front pipe connection is the same so your own exhaust system will fit. Induction can be original or upto 76mm as requested.

T34 replacement with roller bearing core - including bigger compressor wheel  385/400 hp

GT roller bearing - bigger exhaust housing/impeller upto 450 hp

 GT roller bearing as above for engines upto 500 hp

Re-conditioned to a very high standard. Each and every turbo we have reconditioned is fitted with a twin step seal; this enables youto fit a larger diameter exhaust system without the worries of oil seepage due to pressure changes.

We can also supply modified turbo chargers with +10mm Impellers or a 360 Degree bearing.

High Performance 75mm Stainless Steel Exhaust System.

System is now available for both Evolution 2 and Evolution 1 Deltas. Evolution 2 system has Kat incorperated to suit MOT emissions regulations. Both systems are high grade stainless steel and are 75mm from front pipe to tail pipe.

System Includes: Font Pipe / Centre Section / Tailpipe and all fixings brackets.

 

Made from 302 grade stainless steel tube. This 4 branch exhaust manifold increases horse power by 10 to 15 bhp & reduces turbo lag. To fit all models 16v Delta & Fiat Coupe 16v. No modifications necessary to fit.
